Iago and his crew did a fantastic job of renovating our 60 year old bathroom. They ripped everything out down to the studs and completely re-built the entire bathroom. If anyone knows anything about old houses, you know that by ripping out the old, you are always faced with "surprises". Iago and crew, faced those surprises and addressed them quickly and professionally, all while keeping on schedule for the project timeline. My new bathroom is so beautiful, and up to date, and yet it "fits" in with original craftsmanship of our 100yr old home. We already have plans with Macchi Renovations for our next project.

Iago is very reliable, communicative, and fair. There were cabinet delivery issues and he stayed on top of things until the cabinets were delivered undamaged. He is timely and respectful. This has been the best experience (after many ) with a contractor. I would highly recommend him.

He reviewed project drawings and plans in detail, worked directly with the city to navigate permitting concerns, and sent pictures during materials selection to make sure he understood our preferences.
